• 展会接待陪同：全程陪同参加行业展会、对接展商、洽谈合作、收集样品与资料。
• 餐饮与行程规划：定制商务行程、推荐特色餐饮、协助安排休闲活动，提升来华体验。

二、远程采购服务（非来华支持）

• 代参加展会：代海外客户出席国内外行业展会，现场对接供应商、收集样品 / 报价、录制视频反馈。
• 供应链精准对接：根据客户需求，筛选匹配优质工厂 / 供应商，提供资质核验、样品寄送、报价整理。
• 订单全程跟进：对接生产排期、跟进生产进度、协调品质抽检、同步生产照片 / 视频。
• 发货与物流跟踪：安排打包、验货、订舱报关、全程物流跟踪，实时同步物流信息，确保货物准时送达。
• 现场问题处理：代客户处理生产 / 发货 / 质检中的突发问题，快速沟通协调、提供解决方案。
• 样品代发与验货：协助供应商寄送样品、代做样品验货、出具验货报告，降低采购风险。
• 商务沟通代理：日常代客户与供应商对接，回复咨询、确认细节、传递需求，解决语言与时差障碍。

1. In-China Procurement Services (On-site Support)

• Interpretation: Professional Chinese-English on-site interpretation for business negotiations, factory visits, exhibition communication, and contract signing.
• Transportation: Dedicated business vehicles for airport pick-up/drop-off, city commuting, and point-to-point transfers to factories/markets with flexible scheduling.
• Accommodation: Hotel/apartment booking based on budget and needs, with check-in assistance.

• On-site Issue Handling: Resolve emergencies in production/shipping/QC on behalf of clients, with quick communication and solution provision.
• Sample Sending & Inspection: Assist with sample delivery, conduct third-party inspection, and issue inspection reports to reduce procurement risks.
• Business Communication Agency: Daily liaison with suppliers, inquiry responses, detail confirmation, and requirement transmission to overcome language and time zone barriers.
