退款和退货政策

适用场景:B 端样品 / 试卖 + C 端跨境零售(家具 / 家居 / 车载设备 / 茶叶等)

一、适用范围

本政策适用于网站所有交易,包含两类订单:

  • B端客户:厂商样品采购、商品试卖订单
  • C端零售:面向个人消费者的常规商品销售

二、退货期限与基本条件

B端(样品/试卖)

  • 采购者身份要求:商业实体
  • 退货期限:收货后7天内
  • 仅接受:质量问题、到货破损、发错商品
  • 非质量问题:样品不支持无理由退货

C端(零售)

  • 退货期限:收货后30天内
  • 条件:商品未使用、包装完整、不影响二次销售
  • 支持无理由退货(特殊商品除外)

三、不可退货商品

以下商品无论B端/C端,均不接受退货(质量问题除外):

  • 定制尺寸、定制颜色、个性化印刷/雕刻的商品
  • 已安装、已组装或已使用,影响二次销售的家具/大型设备
  • 易碎品(如玻璃、陶瓷),未出现运输破损的不支持无理由退货
  • 清仓、特价、促销商品(购买前已明确标注“不可退”)
  • 贴身用品、卫生用品、一次性用品,一经拆封不支持无理由退货

四、茶叶类商品特殊规则

  • 可退货条件:未拆封、包装完好、无受潮、无破损、不影响二次销售的茶叶,可按对应订单类型的退货期限申请退货。
  • 不可无理由退货情况:已拆封、已冲泡、已饮用、包装破损或受潮的茶叶,不接受无理由退货。
  • 质量问题处理:如存在发霉、异味、变质、异物等质量问题,可正常申请退换,来回运费由我方承担。
  • B端样品茶叶:非质量问题不予退货
  • 跨境/海外订单:食品类商品不支持退回国内,质量问题可申请退款,无需退回商品。

五、运费规则 

  • 质量问题/破损/发错货:来回运费由我方承担
  • 个人原因/无理由退货:运费由买家承担
  • 退货运费不返还,将从退款中扣除

六、退款流程 

  • 联系客服提交申请(订单号+商品照片+问题说明)
  • 审核通过后按指引寄回商品
  • 仓库验收无误后 7个工作日内 完成退款
  • 退款原路返回支付账户

七、换货说明

  • 仅支持:质量问题、到货破损、发错商品
  • 换货来回运费由我方承担
  • 更换款式/规格需先退货退款,再重新下单

Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

Applicable: B2B Samples & Trials + B2C Retail (Furniture, Home Goods, Car Devices, Tea, etc.)

1. Scope

This policy applies to all orders on the site:

  • B2B: Sample orders and trial sales for business clients
  • B2C: Regular retail orders for individual customers

2. Return Period & Conditions

B2B (Samples / Trials)

  • Purchaser must be a business entity.
  • Return period: 7 days after delivery
  • Eligible only for: defects, damage, wrong items
  • Non-quality returns are NOT accepted for samples

B2C (Retail)

  • Return period: 30 days after delivery
  • Conditions: unused, original packaging, resalable
  • Hassle-free returns allowed (except special items)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable for both B2B and B2C customers: (except for quality issues)

  • Custom-sized, custom-colored, or personalized printed/engraved products
  • Assembled, installed, or used furniture/large equipment that cannot be resold
  • Fragile items (glass, ceramics) with no transit damage
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase
  • Intimate, sanitary, or disposable products once opened

4. Special Rules for Tea Products

  • Return Eligibility: Unopened, intact, undamaged, and resalable tea may be returned within the applicable return period for your order type.
  • No Hassle-Free Returns: Tea that has been opened, brewed, consumed, damaged, or exposed to moisture is not eligible for hassle-free returns.
  • Quality Issues: Returns/exchanges are accepted for defects (mold, odor, deterioration, foreign objects). We cover all shipping costs.
  • B2B Sample Tea: No returns for non-quality issues.
  • Cross-Border Orders: Food items cannot be returned to China. For quality issues, a refund without return is available.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Defect/damage/wrong item: we cover all shipping costs
  • Buyer’s remorse return: buyer pays return shipping
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Refund Process

  • Contact support with order number, photos, and issue description
  • Ship back the item after approval
  • Refund processed within 7 business days after inspection
  • Refund issued to the original payment method

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges only for defective, damaged, or wrong items
  • We cover round-trip shipping for approved exchanges
  • To change style/size: refund and reorder
